1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or using services from Candy’s Crew Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. Scope of Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Office & Commercial Cleaning

All services are performed according to industry standards. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the Client.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope differs from what was disclosed.

  • Additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.

Failure to disclose excessive dirt, hazardous conditions, infestations, or biohazards may result in service refusal without refund of deposit.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

  • Late payments may incur administrative fees and collection costs.

  • Deposits, when required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

The Client authorizes the Company to charge the payment method provided for agreed services and applicable fees.

5. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service total.

  • Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may result in full charge of the scheduled service.

6. Access & Safety

Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and lawful access to the premises.

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are functioning.

  • Secure pets and valuables prior to service.

The Company reserves the right to leave the premises if conditions are deemed unsafe.

7. Damage & Claims Policy

  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company must be given the opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improperly secured items

    • Fragile, loose, or deteriorated materials

    • Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

8. Insurance

Candy’s Crew Cleaning Services maintains general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

However, insurance does not cover:

  • Cash

  • Jewelry

  • Unsecured valuables

  • Sentimental items

Clients are responsible for safeguarding high-value items.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Candy’s Crew LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Unsafe conditions on the premises

  • Undisclosed hazards

  • Misrepresentation of property condition

  • Third-party claims related to the Client’s property

10. Non-Solicitation of Employees

Client agrees not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or contract any employee or contractor of Candy’s Crew Cleaning Services for private work outside of the Company for a period of 12 months following the last service date.

Violation of this clause may result in a placement fee of $2,500 or the equivalent of 6 months of projected service revenue, whichever is greater.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor shortages, or emergencies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Northampton County, PA.
