Candyscrew LLC (“the Agency”) provides staffing and recruitment services for hourly cleaning. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Refund Policy Fundaments

At Candy’s Crew Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services with professionalism and care. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A complimentary re-clean of the specific area(s) of concern, or

  • A partial refund based on the portion of service deemed unsatisfactory.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Claims made after the 24-hour notification period.

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, permanent stains, mold, or conditions beyond normal cleaning scope.

  • Services that were completed as agreed in the signed estimate or service agreement.

3. Deposits

For deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, or large commercial jobs, a deposit may be required.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute is initiated without first allowing us the opportunity to resolve the concern, Candy’s Crew Cleaning Services reserves the right to submit documentation, including before-and-after photos and signed agreements, to the payment processor.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Agreement

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
