1. General Refund Policy

Candyscrew LLC (“the Agency”) provides staffing and recruitment services for babysitting, non-medical senior care, and hourly cleaning. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Política de Reembolso: fundamentos

Candyscrew LLC is committed to providing high-quality babysitting, senior care (non-medical), and hourly cleaning services. To maintain fairness for both clients and staff, the following refund policy applies:

1. General Refund Policy

  • All service fees are due prior to service delivery.

  • Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • 24+ hours notice: Clients may reschedule without penalty or request a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: A 2-hour service fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • No-show (client unavailable when staff arrives): The minimum 2-hour fee applies, and deposits are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Candyscrew

  • If Candyscrew cancels a booking and cannot provide a replacement, the client will receive either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit for future services (client’s choice).

4. Packages & Prepaid Hours

  • Hours purchased as part of a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly package are non-refundable once the service period begins.

  • Unused hours expire at the end of the package period and cannot be carried over.

  • Refunds only apply if Candyscrew cancels the package and cannot provide replacement services.

5. Security Deposit (If Applicable)

  • Certain bookings may require a security deposit.

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or client no-shows.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference rather than service quality.

  • Attempts to bypass Candyscrew by hiring staff directly.

  • Failure to comply with Candyscrew’s Terms & Conditions.
